As a clinical psychologist with a background in Jungian Psychotherapy and Group Analytic Psychotherapy, I bring a comprehensive approach to helping individuals, couples, and groups navigate their mental health challenges. My journey began with a degree in Psychology from the Catholic University of Uruguay.

Building upon this foundation, I graduated from a Master in Jungian Analytic Psychotherapy at the Catholic University of Uruguay, followed by a second Master’s degree in Group Analytic Psychotherapy from the University of Deusto in Spain. This extensive education has equipped me with a diverse set of tools and perspectives to address a wide range of psychological issues.

I have specialized in Couples Therapy. In this area of expertise, I use mainly The Gottman Method Therapy, and I am influenced by authors such as Stan Tatkin, Terrence Real, Esther Perel, Emily Nagosky, among others. Being myself an immigrant, I especially enjoy working in English and Spanish with intercultural couples.

In one-on-one therapy, my framework is also based on the treatment of traumas and attachment wounds. The work of Bessel van der Kolk, Pete Walker, Alice Miller, Peter A. Levine, Gabor Maté, among others have affected my scientific and humanistic understanding of Psychotherapy.

Ultimately, my goal is to provide a safe and compassionate space where individuals can embark on their journey towards self-discovery and healing.

Whether you’re struggling with personal challenges, relationship issues, or seeking to explore deeper layers of the psyche, I am here to support you every step of the way.
